Some problems need software, not a new logo. We take an idea or a manual process from first sketch to a working web app or automation, then host it and keep it updated.

Last updated

Built on all four layers.

Start here when

  • Your team runs part of the business on spreadsheets and copy-paste.
  • You have an idea for a tool or product and nobody to build it.
  • An internal app works, but nobody maintains it any more.

What you get

  • Custom web apps

Portals, dashboards and internal tools built around how your team works.

  • Automations

Repeated tasks moved into workflows that run on their own, with a log you can check.

  • Integrations

Your existing tools connected, so data moves without retyping.

  • Hosting

Set up on a platform that suits the app, with backups and monitoring.

  • Maintenance and updates

Fixes, security updates and improvements on an agreed plan.

How it works

  1. Idea

We pin down the problem, who will use the tool and what a first version must do.

  2. Design

Flows and screens, tested with the people who will use them.

  3. Develop

We build in short steps you can try as we go.

  4. Launch

We test, deploy and move your existing data across.

  5. Host

The app runs on managed hosting with backups and monitoring.

  6. Maintain

Updates, fixes and new features on an agreed monthly plan.

Common questions

Who owns the code?

You do. We agree it in writing, and you get the code, the data and the documentation.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Often, yes. We review it first and tell you whether to maintain it, fix it or rebuild it.

What does maintenance include?

Security and dependency updates, fixes, backups and small improvements. We agree the scope and a monthly plan before launch.

Is automation the same as AI?

No. Most automation is plain rules: when this happens, do that. We add AI only where it saves real time, and a person checks the output.

Come with an idea, or a problem.

Bring something to build, or something to fix. A short brief is enough, and we reply with questions before anything else.
